After years of writing almost nothing here, I have decided to start a completely new site:

The idea is that our travel, food, and wine experiences will now have two perspectives:
Mine (Louis) -- US-based, 56 years old, some business travel, and a taste for a little luxury on a modest budget
Louisa -- Louisa is based in the United Kingdom. She is 19, a student, and wants to see as much of the world as she can.

Another very exciting aspect of the site is that we will be partnering with our friend, Roni. Roni is a very accomplished blogger with sites that cover blogging, fitness, but most of all her story: one mom's journey from fat to skinny to healthy. Roni will be helping us with layout, design, and will give us advice about how to keep our blog up to-date, relevant, and interesting.
